Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoStar Digital platform operated by GoStar Digital LLC ("GoStar", "we", "us") at gostar.digital. By using GoStar Digital, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Role

GoStar Digital is a technology platform only. We provide software tools that allow tournament organizers and league operators ("Organizers") to create events, manage brackets, accept team registrations, and showcase talent. GoStar Digital LLC is not an event organizer, sports league, team manager, or athletic association. We do not organize, run, supervise, or have any involvement in the events created by Organizers on our platform.

2. Accounts

To use GoStar Digital as an Organizer, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Organizer account.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of event information (dates, locations, formats, rules)
Compliance with all local laws, permits, and regulations for their events
Safety and conduct at their events
Communication with registered teams and participants
Any disputes with teams, players, or venues

4. Team & Participant Responsibilities

Teams and participants who register through GoStar Digital are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Communicating directly with the Organizer about event details
Following event rules set by the Organizer
Understanding that GoStar Digital is not the event organizer

5. Subscription Plans

GoStar Digital offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include limited features. Paid plans (Pro) include expanded features and can be cancelled at any time. Plan details and pricing are available on the platform.

6. Content & Data

Organizers retain ownership of their event content. By using the platform, you grant GoStar Digital a license to display your content on the platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoStar Digital LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from events organized through our platform. We are a technology provider only. Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Organizers may delete their accounts at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen tu uso de la plataforma GoStar Digital operada por GoStar Digital LLC ("GoStar", "nosotros") en gostar.digital. Al usar GoStar Digital, aceptas estos Términos.

1. Rol de la Plataforma

GoStar Digital es únicamente una plataforma tecnológica. Proporcionamos herramientas de software que permiten a organizadores de torneos y ligas ("Organizadores") crear eventos, gestionar llaves, aceptar inscripciones de equipos y exhibir talento. GoStar Digital LLC no es un organizador de eventos, liga deportiva, gerente de equipo ni asociación atlética. No organizamos, dirigimos, supervisamos ni tenemos participación alguna en los eventos creados por los Organizadores en nuestra plataforma.

2. Cuentas

Para usar GoStar Digital como Organizador, debes crear una cuenta con un correo electrónico válido y contraseña. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y toda la actividad que ocurra bajo ella. Debes tener al menos 18 años para crear una cuenta de Organizador.

3. Responsabilidades del Organizador

Los Organizadores son los únicos responsables de:

La precisión de la información del evento (fechas, ubicaciones, formatos, reglas)
Cumplimiento con todas las leyes locales, permisos y regulaciones para sus eventos
Seguridad y conducta en sus eventos
Comunicación con equipos y participantes registrados
Cualquier disputa con equipos, jugadores o sedes

4. Responsabilidades de Equipos y Participantes

Los equipos y participantes que se inscriben a través de GoStar Digital son responsables de:

Proporcionar información de inscripción precisa
Comunicarse directamente con el Organizador sobre los detalles del evento
Seguir las reglas del evento establecidas por el Organizador
Entender que GoStar Digital no es el organizador del evento

5. Planes de Suscripción

GoStar Digital ofrece planes de suscripción gratuitos y de pago. Los planes gratuitos incluyen funciones limitadas. Los planes de pago (Pro) incluyen funciones ampliadas y se pueden cancelar en cualquier momento. Los detalles y precios de los planes están disponibles en la plataforma.

6. Contenido y Datos

Los Organizadores conservan la propiedad de su contenido de eventos. Al usar la plataforma, otorgas a GoStar Digital una licencia para mostrar tu contenido en la plataforma. Podemos eliminar contenido que viole estos Términos.

7. Limitación de Responsabilidad

GoStar Digital LLC no es responsable de lesiones, daños, pérdidas o disputas que surjan de eventos organizados a través de nuestra plataforma. Somos únicamente un proveedor de tecnología. Usa la plataforma bajo tu propio riesgo.

8. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar cuentas que violen estos Términos. Los Organizadores pueden eliminar sus cuentas en cualquier momento.

9. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. El uso continuado de la plataforma constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
